"Length" and "offset" deserve entries in this section,
as they're used but not defined elsewhere.

I've been assuming both are in bytes, and that the
definitions would be as below:

length

    The length in bytes of an item.  This count includes
    any required zero bytes at the end of a string.

offset

    The difference, in bytes, between the address of an
    item and a reference address.
