C programs have 'main', Fortran often has MAIN__ or some such,
but, in addition, often has 'main' as an implementation detail.

The proposal fails to mention what any 'rules' about such
issues might be.  Implementors will want to know what rules
there are:  Maximum one per executable?   What would it mean
if an implementation and tool-chain created more than one? How
should it be treated by DWARF readers?

Sign me puzzled.
