Not sure what level of detail you're looking for.  The specific section
of the DWARF standard which describes the tags and attributes used for
inheritance is 
 
5.6.3 Derived or Extended Classes and Interfaces 
 
on page 73 of DWARF Debugging Information Format Version 3.
