[Dwarf-Discuss] Register Variable Values?

Hi,
Is there any way to get the value of a variable stored in register in ARM arct. using dwarf information.... Ofcourse dwarf tells us the variable is in register. But to get the value we need to take help of frame pointer. So in stack frame,
is there any specific location that holds the register values (ARM arct.). 
For Intel arct., it is there.....
