[Dwarf-Discuss] PROPOSAL: DW_OP_implicit_pointer

As the proposal indicates by its insertion in 2.6.1.1.3 (rather than
somewhere in 2.5), this is a new implicit location description operation,
not a new DWARF expression operation.  Like DW_OP_implicit_value, it does
not interact with the DWARF expression stack.
