[Dwarf-Discuss] DWARF Version 4 Released

The final version 4 PDF has a table of contents that does not include the
appendices, unlike the review draft's TOC.  That doesn't seem like a
feature.  The review draft PDF is also twice the size of the final version
4 PDF, and I haven't tried to figure out if that's due it having any less
information or what, but it strikes one as odd.

Is there any easy way to see all the differences between the public review
draft and the final document?
