On building the current DWARF6 draft, I noticed that it refers to DW_OP_EXT (all caps) a few times. I am unable to find any actual definition of DW_OP_EXT in the document. At least one ref to DW_OP_EXT leads to page one (the ref on page 42). David Anderson
