[Dwarf-Discuss] Query re DWARF, Ada (GNAT), and "in", "out, "in out" parameters

Thanks for the suggestion of ASIS. I did quickly look at ASIS prior to
posting my first note, but omitted to mention that I'd done that. Given
that there is a relatively simple current 'solution' that works (but
feels wrong long term), I'm not yet sure whether the complexity of ASIS
(which is undeniably a "proper" answer) adds much value in this
particular case; sometimes "simple" outweighs "proper".
